Recently received my Solo Pi Pizza Oven. It’s amazing.
I’ve learned one thing in my continued efforts to make pizza. It’s an art, from making the dough to the selection of toppings and then actually sliding the pizza off the pizza peel without turning my pizza into a calzone. It takes time to figure it all out with so many possible combinations and ways to make the dough. I am making progress. It’s a fun learning curve. The pizza oven can use wood or gas and gets up to 700-800 degrees. I’m using gas and the pizza takes less than three minutes to cook.
