It took four weeks to get Josh’s Death Certificate from the Hawaii Department of Health, Vital Records. It should only take days for a caring and responsible government. I was pissed and I wrote this letter which was published in Hawaii’s largest newspaper – THE HONOLULU STAR ADVERTISER. Our government needs to do better.
